Looking for visibility? This is a Bear Valley Road commercial infill parcel with C-2 zoning, strong traffic exposure, and nearby national retailers already drawing daily activity to the corridor.
|
📍 0 Bear Valley Road, Hesperia, CA 92345 This week’s commercial spotlight is a rare C-2 General Commercial infill parcel on Bear Valley Road — one of the High Desert’s most active retail and service corridors. The property is approximately 0.699 acres inside the City of Hesperia and sits along a high-visibility stretch with approximately 55,000 average daily vehicles passing the site. 💡 Best Fit: Retail / Restaurant / Auto-Related / Service Use With C-2 zoning, this parcel may fit a wide range of commercial concepts, including retail, restaurant, auto-related uses, personal services, and other neighborhood-serving commercial operators, subject to city approval and buyer verification.
📊 Corridor Note Bear Valley Road continues to be one of the most recognizable commercial corridors in the Victor Valley. For operators who need visibility, traffic counts, and nearby daily-needs retail activity, this location deserves a closer look. Commercial land in established corridors can be hard to replace. This parcel offers the kind of practical frontage and surrounding business activity that may appeal to an owner-user, developer, or investor looking for a Hesperia commercial site with strong local exposure. ```Buyer to verify all information including lot size, zoning, permitted uses, traffic counts, utilities, access, development requirements, availability of services, property boundaries, environmental conditions, and all property features. 💡 Did You Know?
Small Updates Can Make a Big DifferenceYou do not always need a full remodel to help your home make a stronger first impression. 🏡✨
A handful of thoughtful updates can help your home shine when it hits the market.
You do not have to take on a full remodel to make your home more appealing to buyers. Sometimes, a few smart, thoughtful updates can go a long way toward creating a strong first impression and helping your home stand out. Fresh paint, improved curb appeal, updated lighting, clean landscaping, minor repairs, decluttering, and simple staging touches can often make a home feel brighter, cleaner, and more move-in ready without turning into a major renovation project. The key is knowing where to invest your time and budget for the greatest impact. Not every improvement will bring the same return, and the best choices depend on your home, your neighborhood, the competition, and what today’s buyers are expecting.
💬 Talk About Selling
Thinking about selling? Send me a message and let’s talk about which improvements could help maximize your home’s potential. Every home and market situation is different. The best pre-sale improvement strategy depends on your property’s condition, neighborhood, price range, buyer expectations, timing, budget, and current market conditions. Always speak with a trusted real estate professional before making major improvement decisions. |
🏛️ Hometown HistoryPomona Edition
The Cereal King’s Hollywood Horse RanchLong before Cal Poly Pomona became the campus locals know today, part of Pomona was home to one of Southern California’s most unusual celebrity destinations: W.K. Kellogg’s Arabian horse ranch. Kellogg, the cereal magnate from Battle Creek, Michigan, established the ranch in 1925 as his winter home and brought in prized Arabian bloodlines from around the world. The ranch became famous for its beautiful horses, Spanish-style buildings, and public Sunday Horse Shows — drawing large crowds and even Hollywood celebrities. In 1932, Kellogg deeded the land to the State of California for higher education, with the condition that the Arabian horse program and Sunday shows continue. Nearly a century later, that tradition still lives on at Cal Poly Pomona. Quick takeaway: Pomona once had a world-famous Arabian horse ranch founded by the man behind Kellogg’s cereal — and its horse show tradition is still part of Cal Poly Pomona today. Question: Did you already know Pomona had this Hollywood-meets-horse-ranch chapter in its history? Sources: W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Center and Cal Poly Pomona News.
