🏡 A View Home With Space, Character, and Function

If you have been looking for something with more personality than the average tract home, this Hesperia tri-level offers views, privacy, outdoor living space, and a detached workshop on nearly an acre.

Top Highlights
  • New roof recently added — a major improvement that helps create extra buyer confidence
  • Custom 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath tri-level home with approximately 2,384 sq ft on about 0.85 acres
  • Wide-open High Desert views from decks, balconies, and multiple living spaces
  • Detached RV-style garage/workshop with approximately 35' x 24' dimensions and room for real projects, storage, tools, or toys
  • Multiple decks and balconies that extend the living space outdoors and take advantage of the elevated setting
  • Flexible bonus room off the main living area — ideal for an office, gym, sunroom, creative space, or possible 4th-bedroom setup
  • Cozy lower-level family room with open-beam ceiling, wood-burning stove, and access to the patio and garage
  • Quiet, rural-feeling setting with privacy and space — yet still just minutes from Jess Ranch shopping, dining, and conveniences
  • Seller may consider a flooring credit with the right offer, giving buyers a chance to personalize the home after closing

Some homes are worth a second look because they offer features that are difficult to find together in one property. This one brings together a new roof, a detached workshop, multiple decks and balconies, usable space, privacy, and big views in a setting that feels tucked away without being far from town.

The tri-level layout gives the home character and flexibility, with separate spaces for relaxing, working, entertaining, or spreading out. The lower-level family room adds a warm retreat with open-beam ceilings and a wood-burning stove, while the main living areas connect naturally to the outdoor view spaces.

Outside, the decks and balconies make the most of the elevated setting, while the detached workshop gives you room for projects, tools, storage, toys, or the kind of extra space that is getting harder and more expensive to recreate.

If you want a home with more space, more function, more views, and more personality, this Hesperia property deserves a closer look.

Seller Flexibility Note: Seller may consider a flooring credit with an acceptable offer. Any credit, concession, or terms are subject to seller approval, lender approval if applicable, and final written agreement between the parties.

Property Note: Buyer to verify all information including square footage, lot size, condition, permitted uses, horse allowances, roof details, zoning/uses if applicable, parking, workshop dimensions, decks/balconies, and all property features.

Listing information deemed reliable but not guaranteed and subject to change without notice. Today’s Buyers Come From Every Generation

From first-time buyers to downsizers, every stage of life brings a different home search. 🏡

Who is buying homes in 2026 by generation
Different generations often have different priorities, but every buyer needs a smart plan.

Today’s buyers come from every generation, and each group brings different priorities to the home search. Some buyers are entering the market for the very first time, while others are looking for more space, a better layout, a shorter commute, or a home that better fits their current lifestyle.

For younger buyers, the focus may be affordability, monthly payment, and getting a foot in the door. For growing households, it may be bedrooms, yard space, schools, or room to work from home. For others, the goal may be a simpler next chapter with less maintenance, single-story living, or a location closer to family, travel, or favorite activities.

No matter your age or stage of life, there is a home strategy that can fit your goals. The key is knowing what matters most to you, understanding your options, and building a plan around your next move.

🏛️ Hometown History

Upland Edition

Historic 1906 image of Upland California street scene
Historic Upland, back when the city was still growing into one of the Inland Empire’s classic foothill communities.

The Trolley Where the Mules Got a Free Ride

Long before cars filled Euclid Avenue, Upland had one of the quirkiest transit systems in Southern California: the gravity mule car. In the late 1880s, when Upland was still part of the area’s early Ontario/North Ontario story, mules pulled a small passenger trolley uphill along Euclid Avenue toward the foothills. But on the way back down? Gravity did the work. The mules climbed onto a little platform behind the car and rode downhill with the passengers. By 1895, the mule-powered line was replaced by an electric trolley, but the story remains one of those perfect local gems: practical, a little funny, and very Inland Empire.

Quick takeaway: Upland’s famous Euclid Avenue once had a trolley system where even the mules knew when to take the ride back down.

Question: Did you already know this piece of Upland history?
